The district of Pulkveza Brieza Street, so - called “Embassy Area”, at all times has been famous for its architecture. Here is the location of the most picturesque buildings built in Jugend style and which represent one of the landmarks of Riga, also – the pearl of the Jugend style architecture in Riga – Albert Street. Within walking distance of the residential estate there are also the most beautiful parks of Riga –3 minutes of walk to Petrovsky Park, 5 minutes – to Kronvalda Park, with picturesque canals and exquisite landscaping, 7-10 minutes of walk to the Daugava Embankment and to the Passenger Port.

The building design was developed by a Latvian company AS Palast Architekts. The author of the design, the architect Juris Berzins tells – “The process of working on this project appeared to be surprisingly too long – about two years. This is an improvisation on “a glass cube” theme: the external finish of the building has been implemented from glass and granite. The residential premises from outside are encircled with spacious verandas and balconies. The building harmoniously blends into the environment, but nevertheless there are no other similar buildings in Riga”.

During construction of the building there were used the state-of-the-art and qualitative building materials, marble and granite, a successful synergy of aesthetic and practical, modern and functional. Facades – natural stone, “Reynaers” aluminium structures and “Glaverbel” glazing.
