La Melodie

About the project:

The duet of architectural grace and modern lifestyle located in the very centre of Riga and presented by the project „La Melodie” is devoted to the outstanding Latvian musician and composer Emilis Melngailis, who was residing in the house from 1940 till 1954.

The number 26 building on Antonijas Street was bult in 1913 on the project of the architect Janis Alksnis.

Nowadays, due to the carried-out works on reconstruction and restouration of the building, you have the opportunity of purchasing the exclusive apartments in one of the most respectable districts of the capital, in the so-called „quiet centre” of Riga.

The area was included in the World List of Heritage of UNESCO.
