Special project

Specprojects are called buildings which mismatch to any of standard project buildings -  neither with building and apartaments planning, nor with materials used for its building. Specprojects are also all newly constructed buildings.
Specprojects were built from 1990s up to now. For this project are typical apartaments with spacious and isolated rooms,  often kitchen is combined with living room. For building  construciton  are used various materials -  silicate bricks, concrete, silicate, ceramsit, ceramic blocks, reinforced concrete panels, in-situ concrete, etc.
For Specprojects, that were built up to the year 2000, are characteristic loggias, but in latest years built projects – balconies, French balconies, terraces.
