Lauras

Authors of project are architect company „Depo Projekts”.

There are altogether 199 apartments located in four 6 to 9 storey buildings. Project comprises 1- 5 room apartments with the total space ranging from 47 to 141 m2. All apartments have balconies or loggias, upper floor apartments have terraces. Each stair case is equipped with panorama elevator; there are individual storage places in the basements. Cars can be parked in opened parking places or individual garages.

Territory has well equipped recreation areas, street ball and children playgrounds.

Construction of the project was started in January 2005 and finished in February 2007. Apartments were sold with full finishing.

Project “Lauras” won the following nominations in year 2007: “The Best House”, “The Best House Project in the Districts of Riga”, “The Most Deliberate Project” and “The Most Environment and Consumer Friendly Project”
